All groups with interests related to the Internet have the opportunity to organise a booth at the Internet Governance Forum (IGF) 2019. This offers the chance to talk about your group’s activities to participants during the event, in a special area of the conference centre, the IGF Village.
The booths are non-commercial in nature, and may be used to present organisations’, associations’, companies’ or research institutions’ own materials and publications, for example; they are not suitable for the sale of goods or services, however. Booths in the IGF Village measure approximately 2x2m, and are equipped with a screen.
There is no fee, but space is limited. The booths will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, though maintaining a balance across the various interest groups and world regions will also be considered.
You can submit your request for a booth at IGF 2019 before 23:59 UTC on April 14 (deadline extended). Please use the electronic form to apply, and contact the IGF Secretariat if you have any questions: igf@un.org.
